Last Wednesday excited students went to Main Beach for a surf lesson with instructors from Lets Go Surfing.
On Wednesday 9th November, an excited group of students spent their afternoon bodyboarding on Byron Bay’s iconic Main Beach.

On Monday Dominic led a walk and talk with students to Byron Bay’s towering graffitied water tank and the lookouts at Arakwal National Park (Arakwal). The Arakwal lookouts present stunning panoramic views of Main Beach, Tallow Beach, Broken Head Beach and inland.

On Thursday 3rd, students went to iconic Main Beach for a group surf lesson with our surf school partner, Lets Go Surfing. Typically, Lets Go Surfing fit us in for a group lesson once a month, however for November they offered us an additional lesson to accommodate our tremendous student interest for surfing at the moment.

To conclude the school week students joined Dominic at our local basketball court to compete in some exciting basketball games.
It was World Vegan Day on November 1st and to celebrate we held a tasting activity for students to learn about veganism and try some delicious vegan cakes, sorbets, cheese and crackers.
