Today we are thrilled to welcome our new students from Japan, Switzerland, Spain and France.
Ayumi joins us from Japan. In Japan, Ayumi works as a nurse, but she wants to change careers and work in the hotel industry in customer service. Ayumi is studying English in Australia as being proficient in English is very helpful for gaining employment in hotel customer service.
Alexis joins us from the French part of Switzerland. Alexis is a musician for multiple bands and an experienced and qualified painter. Alexis is studying English with us for 4 months and then plans to work in different places around Australia.
Gemma joins us from Catalonia, Spain. Gemma was inspired to come to Byron Bay and study English after hearing amazing stories about Australia from her boyfriend. She is joined at Lexis by her childhood friend Maria, and they are excited to share this experience together.
Maria also joins us from Catalonia, Spain. While in Australia, Maria wants to improve her English, make friends, enjoy new experiences, disconnect and travel. Maria and Gemma will study English, enjoy Byron Bay and travel Australia together.
Andrea comes from France. Andrea is studying with us and then starting work as an Au Pair. While in Australia she hopes to improve her English, work, travel alone and go on an epic road trip with friends.
