Today, we are spotlighting one of our most outgoing and charismatic students in our school, Abdul Aghamdi from Saudi Arabia. He is a very hard-working student and is great at making the Lexis staff and his classmates laugh! Abdul is well-known for his daily iced lattes and love for food.

Twenty-one lovely new students have joined our school this week in Noosa.
We gave a warm welcome to ten General English students yesterday. We are so excited to see the fellow students exceed in their studies here at Lexis Noosa:
On Friday afternoon, some of our students gave Noosa’s most iconic sport a try, surfing!!
In Noosa, surfing isn’t just a historic sport here, it’s our lifestyle.
Learning to surf in Noosa is an exciting and memorable experience for anyone who loves the ocean and adventure. With its beautiful beaches, clear warm waters, and consistent gentle waves, Noosa is an ideal location to learn how to surf. It’s a way of life for many people living in Noosa, and there are numerous surf shops, cafes, and bars that cater to surfers. This creates a sense of community and camaraderie among us, which can be a great motivation to keep learning and improving our surfing skills. So, that’s exactly what our students did.
Merricks Learn to Surf School run 2 hour lessons for people of all ages and experience levels. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced surfer, you’ll enjoy a structured class by 2x Australian and World Pro-Am Champion, Merrick, and his elite team of world-class coaches. With their new technology, quality surf boards and teaching techniques you’ll be provided with the skills, drills and style you need to stand up during your first lesson.
We had 9 students join in Merricks Learn to Surf class on Friday afternoon, and it was such a memorable experience for them all!
On Friday, we had 14 amazing students graduate from Lexis English Noosa!
It’s always sad to say farewell, however we are all stoked to see how far their English has come and to see them move into their new chapters in life.
Friday is graduation day at Lexis where we celebrate and congratulate all of our students that completed their English course. This week, we are congratulating and celebrating fourteen of our amazing students for their hard work and dedication.
We are saying goodbye to our General English students Rena, Kanta, Yuna, Gen, Yuki, Akari, Dan, Koharu, Nanami, Julia, Asagi and Sirikarn. We also said goodbye to two students who were enrolled in part-time English and part-time surfing: Shou-Zong (Sunny) and Elena. From everyone at Lexis Noosa, we are so proud of your English achievements and can’t wait to see Sunny and Elena shred it on the waves.
This afternoon, our students enjoyed a game of Beach Volleyball!
There’s no better way to spend a warm afternoon than playing a game of Volleyball at the beach, and this afternoon, our students did just this! The students enjoyed working up a sweat before cooling off by dipping their toes in the beautiful water at Cotton Tree beach!

Twenty lovely new students have just joined our school this week. We welcomed 10 and 9 University students from Japan who are visiting us for 2 weeks on a study tour.
We are giving a warm welcome to our General English Students: Luana, Jelena, Jana, Jari, Gustavo, Yuki, Shingo, Akari, Gabriella and Maho and our Japanese students from Gifu Women’s University: Amika Shuka, Miku, Chiho, Ami, Kanae, Towa, Michiru, Rena and Shiori.
We are wishing our new students all the best for their first week here at Lexis English Noosa!

On Thursday, our Noosa campus was very busy!
On Thursday, there was a lot of activity at our campus! There were so many interesting things going on, so we thought we would give an insight into what our afternoon looked like!
As our campus grows more and more each week after reopening last year, our activities are getting busier, and we are loving the vibrant atmosphere!
Yesterday we were thrilled to welcome 11 new students from the Italian and German parts of Switzerland, Mexico, Korea, Japan, Italy, Brazil, Spain and Germany!
On Wednesday, our students were guided through a relaxing Yoga session!
For the activity on Wednesday, Kira, our Student Services Coordinator instructed our students through a relaxing yoga session. To set the relaxation mood even more, there were some chilled yoga beats playing through the speaker.
Everyone loved the Yoga session and had so much fun! It was a perfect way to wind down after school and relax. The students also loved just being able to move their bodies and get their exercise done for the day. Yoga is not always as easy as it looks!
The students had so much fun that they have requested that we do Yoga again soon!
On Friday, six of our amazing General English students graduated from Lexis Noosa.
Friday is graduation day at Lexis where we celebrate and congratulate all of our students that complete their English course. Some of our students will continue to work in Noosa, others will go home and some will stay and travel Australia.
We said goodbye to six of our students: Alix, Lucas, Sara, Haruna, Max and Mizuki.
We have loved seeing each of these students improve their English skills and are excited for them to continue on using everything they have learnt.

Today the students joined us playing cricket in the park!
Today the students joined us at Cotton Tree park to play cricket! Whilst the weather was very humid, the students enjoyed learning how to play cricket with head coach Lucinda! Kenta & Rina were standouts in the augural match for the Lexis English International Cricket team. Reishiroh hit a few fours & Coach Lucinda was very impressed.
