Noosa – Welcoming 11 new students to Lexis Noosa – 8th April

Today, at Lexis Noosa we welcomed 11 new students from a range of wonderful countries. All of today’s new starters will join us for General English Fulltime studies. Their journey with Lexis started with an orientation day which included a writing and speaking test, followed by the creation of an individual study plan for each student. After being assigned to their classes, they had the chance to explore our campus and get to know each other better.

This week marks the beginning of their academic endeavours, and we’re thrilled to stand by them as they embark on their individual paths. We eagerly anticipate the remarkable contributions each of you will bring to our campus, and we’re excited to observe the positive impact your presence will have within our Lexis Manly community. We’re eager to witness their accomplishments and watch their English skills flourish! Here’s to an amazing journey at Lexis Noosa.

Noosa – Sip and Colour: A Relaxing Creative Friday Activity – 5th April

A relaxing creative afternoon colouring in with a glass of wine

Today we had to change plans at last minute due to some rain. We had planned a fun afternoon in the sun with some beach volleyball, but the weather had other plans. Nevertheless, we ensured everyone had a great time and decided for some last minute ‘sip’n colour-in’.

Amidst the hustle and bustle of daily life, the “Sip and Colour-in” activity offered a welcome break. Students immersed themselves in the calming rhythm of colouring with either pencils or texters, allowing their minds to wander and explore without constraints. The activity served as a creative retreat, providing a space for introspection and rejuvenation, all while making friends and enjoying a glass of wine.

Noosa – Graduation Ceremony – 5th April

As another Friday afternoon wraps up, we say goodbye to another group of Lexis students. Fridays here bring a mix of feelings – some are excited for what’s next, while others wish they could stay longer. At Lexis Noosa, we’re like a family; students become close with each other and their teachers. Saying goodbye can be tough, whether it’s leaving friends or seeing them move on. Not knowing when or if you’ll see each other again can make goodbyes and graduation day a little sad.

But graduation is also a time to celebrate. These five students didn’t just learn in class; they also had fun experiencing different cultures at Lexis. From morning classes to chats during breaks and fun activities, every moment with these students has been special. They worked hard to learn a new language, and we’re proud of their effort and determination.
