For this afternoon’s activity, a bunch of excited students tested their skills in a Lexis Noosa ping-pong tournament!
Our ping-pong table at the Noosa campus has become very popular since its arrival at the start of the year! Our students love to play on their breaks and after school, making it a much-loved activity at our campus. So, we thought that it was only fair to organise a table tennis tournament for the students to put their talents to the test.
This morning, we were stoked to welcome 4 amazing new students to our Lexis Noosa family!

For Wednesday afternoon’s activity, student services team member, Skyla, took 20 students on a pontoon boat along the Noosa River. There’s no better way to finish a day of study and celebrate the middle of the week than with the 3 B’s – Boat, BBQ and Beers!

Graduation celebrates the remarkable journey of our students, where they have grown both academically and personally. It’s a time to celebrate achievements, reflect on experiences, and look forward to the exciting opportunities that lie ahead. We have loved seeing each of these students improve their English skills and hope they made lifelong memories at Lexis Noosa.
This afternoon, 28 of our students went on a delightful Australian food adventure and explored the flavors from down under!
Australia is a vast land known for its stunning landscapes, diverse wildlife, and vibrant culinary scene that is a true reflection of its multicultural society. From the iconic Aussie BBQ to fresh seafood, indigenous delicacies, hearty meats, and irresistible desserts, the Australian cuisine offers a mouthwatering journey for every palate.
Our students tried some classic Aussie appetizers like meat pies, vegemite, lamingtons, fairy bread, pods, and ANZAC biscuits. Each group received a scoring card and had to rate each food by appearance, smell taste, and overall result out of 10. Our students tasted the below snacks.
The end of term causes for celebration and what’s better than getting out of the classroom and exploring Noosa National Park on a glorious autumn day?!
Last Friday, to celebrate finishing 10 weeks of dedication and hard work, our pre-intermediate class spent the day hiking through the Noosa National Park. Teacher Ismail, led his class along the ‘Coastal Track’. This popular hike starts at Sunshine Beach and follows a coastal pathway north, for approximately 5km, to Noosa Heads. The trail is relatively well-maintained and is suitable for most fitness levels.
For our Wednesday afternoon activity here in Noosa, our students went stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) and kayaking!

We have pristine waters, stunning beaches, and scenic waterways that make it an ideal location to enjoy this popular water activity. Yesterday afternoon, Lexis Noosa put on a classic Aussie BBQ for the whole school to enjoy!
We gathered the school together to celebrate our students and teachers finishing the end of their study books and finishing the study term! Our hard-working students spend 10 weeks in their classes making friends, building relationships and learning lots of English. After 10 weeks, depending on their improvements, most students get the opportunity to move up a level and into a new class. As a celebration of their achievements and to enjoy one last hoorah with their fellow classmates, we held a school BBQ for everyone to enjoy.
