Skills and attributes required:
- Energetic team player, passionate about food and beer
- Cool, calm demeanour during busy service periods
- Three years’ experience in a similar working kitchen environment (ideally qualified, but not essential)
- Able to work weekends.
- Demonstrate good communication skills at all levels coupled with understanding of customer and team needs.
- The ability to multitask and uphold the highest level of customer experience under pressure.
- Ability to appropriately respond to all customer issues, concerns and enquiries.
- Ability to make decisions as necessary and be self-motivated when working alone.
