On Thursday, Campus Manager Lisa, led the students in an hour of meditation theory and techniques. First we looked at why and how people meditate and then we did a few different practices to help relax and rejuvenate.
Yesterday at Lexis Byron Bay we partook in the meditative art of ‘Mandala Drawing.’
