Yesterday students relaxed and unwound with yoga in nature instructed by our teacher and qualified yoga instructor Elizabeth.
On Friday, students got to taste and critique four popular Aussie beers: Stone & Wood Pacific Ale, Victoria Bitter VB, Balter Cerveza Lager and Coopers Sparkling Ale.
Mandala is Sanskrit for “circle,” however, mandala art can take any symmetrical shape. In Buddhism the creation process is connected to meditation. Creating mandala art is a process that invites you to think, relax and be creative.
Last Tuesday, students learnt how to make four unique and delicious canapes, then shared their creations and some great conversations.
