Sheila joins us from Mexico! She loves to spend time with her friends and family, bake and watch films. Her main passion is travelling and has been since she was young. She decided to study English in Australia to increase her career opportunities in Mexico and explore the nature and culture. Welcome Sheila!
Romain joins us from the French speaking part of Switzerland! He recently finished his economics and law degree and decided to come to Australia and refine his English skills. He is excited to experience all the new and different wildlife, culture, and people. He is hoping to go scuba diving and surfing too. Welcome Romain!
Matteo also joins us from the French Speaking part of Switzerland! He loves to play rugby and volleyball. He chose to study in Australia because of the calm, relaxed atmosphere of a small beach town. He is looking forward to meeting lots of new people, playing his favorite sports and learning some new English skills. Welcome Matteo!
Balaram joins us from India! He loves to read in his free time. He is planning on becoming a doctor and wants to improve his English to study in Australia. He will study English and then go on to an Australian high school to being his secondary studies. He loves the warm Australian weather and is hoping to meet some great new friends. Welcome Balram!
Charlie joins us from Belgium! He loves to kitesurf and spend time in his hometown of Essaouira where he grew up. He is taking a break between school and university to travel and refine his skills because he is planning on completing university in English. he is excited to embrace the culture and lifestyle of Byron Bay. Leontine also joins us from Belgium! She loves to play hockey, she has been playing for the last 15 years! After her three months of study, she’s hoping to continue her travels around the world, and volunteer with animals or children. She chose Byron Bay for the calm atmosphere and to meet some new people. Welcome Leontine!
Romeo joins us from the German Speaking part of Switzerland! He loves to play football and box. He is taking a break from his apprenticeship for some study and travel. He chose to study English in Australia because he heard about the amazing weather, kind people and great surfing opportunities. Welcome Romeo!
Manami joins us from Japan! She loves to travel and take photos. Manami is taking a break from her career in Japan to try something new and experience a different culture. She is hoping to find work whilst in Australia so she can gain some more confidence in her speaking and listening skills. Welcome Manami!
Manuel joins us from Italy! He loves to surf, play football, golf, and tennis. Manuel loves to surf at all the great local breaks in the area. He has been living in Australia for the last few years working in construction and building. He has decided to study English in preparation to start a marketing degree. Welcome Manuel!
Lucia joins us from Spain! She loves to play sports and live an overall healthy lifestyle. She’s taking a break from her physiotherapy career after 5 years for a new experience with her partner. Lucia is hoping to improve her English skills, all whilst exploring brand new places and trying new things. Welcome Lucia!
Jose also joins us from Spain! He loves to play soccer, surf, and run in his free time. He chose to study in Australia to improve his English, discover a new country and a new culture.
