Vietnamese rice paper rolls are quick and easy to make. We filled ours with carrot, cucumber, avocado, lettuce, vermicelli noodles and chicken. We used an authentic dipping sauce of dried spices, chilli, and peanuts. A good dipping sauce is a critical element for enjoying the traditional Vietnamese Rice Paper Roll.
