Last week, Nicole our Homestay Coordinator spent some time with the student in our Campus kitchen to make Delicious Dumplings
All the student love the cooking activity and everyone helped.
Dumplings are a very well known dish in Asian countries, where students from Switzerland have never tried them.
Those cooking activities are a great opportunity for everyone to try new things and learn about different cultures.
One of the student is a vegetarian and we made sure to do two different batches of dumplings.
We put Tofu in the vegetarian Dumplings, which is very new to all of the Japanese students and they tried and liked it 🙂
We have done Dumplings in the kitchen before and we used the same recipe from RecipeTinEats.
