Yesterday, our students gathered to whip up some delectable desserts!
We dived into an Aussie classic—Chocolate Crackles—and also made some trendy cake balls. Both recipes were super easy and tons of fun!
Chocolate crackles are made by combining puffed rice, desiccated coconut, cacao powder, icing sugar and vegetable shortening. they harden in the fridge and are a delicious, crunchy chocolatey treat!

The students got hands-on, embracing their creative cooking sides while listening to each other and following the recipes.
Cake balls are incredible easy to make. we made them by crushing up pre-made cakes until it was a dough, rolling them into balls and finally dipping them in chocolate! So easy and delicious!

The results? Absolutely delicious! Each student took their desserts home to share with friends and family.
