Last week, our students had the chance to taste test some popular Australian Beers!
We sat outside on the grass, in the sunshine to enjoy the beers.
The first beer we tried was Byron Bay brewery’s Lager. the students enjoyed how light and refreshing it was, second, we tried the Great Northern original Lager. Most students like this one, it is easy to drink and refreshing, but some noted it was a little bland and boring.
Third, we tried XXXX Gold Lager, it is a mid-strength beer, a little heavier than the first two we tried.
Fourth we tried the Balter Cerveza, this is a Mexican style lager made in Australia, this was a fan favorite, light, refreshing and summery. The last beer we tried, which was the overall favorite, was Stone and Wood’s Pacific Ale. The light, fruity, refreshing ale is a favorite amongst everyone!
It was a lovely afternoon, enjoying the spring sunshine. We can’t wait for our next beer tasting!
