Graduation: Celebrating our Lexis English Students and the Memories We Made

A Fond Farewell to Our Graduates!

It’s always bittersweet when we say goodbye to our students at Lexis English, especially when we’ve watched them grow, laugh, and learn every single day. This week, we bid a heartfelt farewell to four incredible students who have completed their courses and are moving on to new adventures. Each one of them brought something special to our school, and their impact will stay with us long after they’ve left.

While we are excited for what the future holds for them, we can’t help but feel a little sad to see them go. Let’s take a moment to reflect on their journeys with us and celebrate all that they’ve achieved.

Miina from Japan – A Sweet and Shy Star

Miina, from Japan, joined our elementary class just a short time ago, but she has already left a lasting impression. Though she started off a little shy, her infectious smile and kind spirit quickly made her a favorite among both classmates and teachers. Miina may have been with us for only a brief period, but her dedication to improving her English and her gentle nature made her unforgettable.

She wasn’t just focused on her studies; Miina made a lot of friends during her time here, creating bonds that will last far beyond her graduation. Her progress was remarkable, and we are so proud of all she accomplished. We know that wherever Miina goes next, she will continue to shine and spread warmth with her beautiful smile. We will miss you, Miina, and we wish you all the best!

 

Rio from Japan – A Bright Spirit in Just Three Weeks

Next, we say farewell to Rio, who has been with us for just three weeks, but what an impact she made! Rio graduated from our intermediate class, and in such a short time, she became a ray of sunshine in the Lexis community. Always ready to take part in activities, Rio’s positive energy and enthusiasm were truly contagious.

It was evident that Rio made it a point to get to know everyone around her, jumping into conversations and activities with other students from different classes. Her bright smile and openness made her not only an amazing student but also a great friend to so many. Rio, you’ve shown us that it’s not about how long you’re here, but how much heart you put into everything you do. We are so glad to have had you with us, and we know you will take that same infectious energy with you wherever you go!

 

Nicolas from Colombia – A True Friend and Supporter

Nicolas, or Nico as his friends affectionately called him, joined our Cambridge class with a mission: to learn and help others along the way. And that’s exactly what he did. His willingness to lend a hand, whether it was helping classmates understand a difficult concept or offering a smile when someone was feeling down, was truly inspiring.

Throughout his time here, Nico befriended so many of our students and created lasting relationships. His warmth, generosity, and dedication to his studies made him stand out as a true role model. Nico is now preparing to sit an exam, and we are confident that all his hard work will pay off. Nico, we will miss your positive presence at Lexis, and we wish you the very best as you prepare for this next big step in your English journey. Keep reaching for the stars!

 

Raffael from Switzerland – A Journey of Growth and Adventure

Last but certainly not least, Raffael, from Switzerland, who joined us with already strong English skills, showed everyone that even the most advanced students can continue to grow. From day one, Raffael impressed us with his fluency, but it was during his time here that we truly saw him refine his skills. Whether it was through lively class discussions or participating in extracurricular activities, Raffael always gave 100%.

Raffael’s love for life and exploration shone brightly in everything he did. His adventurous spirit was contagious, and he made the most out of every opportunity, whether it was traveling around Australia or enjoying the simple moments at school. As he prepares to travel more around Australia before heading home to Switzerland, we know he will continue to embrace life with the same enthusiasm that he brought to Lexis. It has been an absolute pleasure having you in class, Raffael – you will be missed, but we know you’ll make the most of every adventure that lies ahead.

To Miina, Rio, Nico, and Raffael – thank you for being part of our Lexis family. You’ve each contributed something unique to our school, and we are so proud of everything you’ve achieved. Your hard work, kindness, and determination will be remembered fondly by everyone who had the privilege of crossing paths with you.

As you head into the next chapter of your journey, we want you to remember that you are always part of the Lexis family. We are more than just a school – we are a community that supports each other, celebrates victories together, and cheers each other on as we all chase our dreams.

To Our Current Students – Keep Pushing Forward!

To all our current students, we want to take a moment to remind you of how brave and incredible you are. Coming to a new country and immersing yourself in a new language and culture is not easy, but you are doing it. You are learning, growing, and embracing every challenge. Keep up the fantastic work!

As you see our graduates around campus or if you meet them on your travels, we encourage you to make them feel welcome. Say hello, make a new friend, and share the wonderful experiences you’ve had together. We are all here to support each other. Let’s continue building an atmosphere of positivity and friendship!
