UPMARKET:
A very popular market for original and handcrafted wares and food, returns this September with a stunning one-day only event at the University of Western Australia’s Winthrop Hall.

Held on Sunday 28th September 2014, from 10am to 4pm, this anticipated event will bring together over 150 artists, designers, craftsmen and gourmets all under one roof.

THE ROYAL SHOW:
It’s show time! The Perth Royal Show, one of the most highly anticipated events on the Perth calendar, is coming up. The Royal Show will once again be held at the Claremont Showgrounds, and will run from Saturday 27th September, until Saturday 4th October, 2014.

RUGBY:
High-level rugby returns to Perth!

DINOSAURS:
If you missed seeing these giant sized prehistoric beasts during their last visit to Perth, make sure you head down to Garden City Shopping Centre during the school holidays where these giant creatures from the past will come alive once again.

From Saturday 27 September to Sunday 12 October, these dreadfully delightful dinosaurs can be found in the Promotions Court, near Woolworths.

AFL GRAND FINAL:
Watch the premier sporting event – Aussie Rules – of the Australian calendar on TV at 12pm, or head on down to a local pub to catch the action on the big screen!

KINGS PARK FESTIVAL:
The Kings Park Festival features a packed program of mostly free events for all ages!

From 1-30 September, it includes live music, guided walks and talks, exhibitions and entertainers kicking off with a free Father’s Day concert featuring Christine Anu!
