Noosa – Warm Welcome To Our New Students – 19th February

This week, we gave a warm welcome to 9 wonderful new students from Switzerland, France, Japan and Poland!

Today, we once again extend a warm welcome to a lovely new group of students. Nine (9) fresh faces have now become part of our campus and Lexis family, ready to commence their English language journey in sunny Noosa.

Lexis Noosa’s General English program continues to be a popular choice, offering students a comprehensive and immersive language-learning experience. Originating from diverse corners of the world, this group of enthusiastic individuals brings with them bright minds and motivation, unique personalities, cultural perspectives, and languages to our dynamic environment.

We would like to welcome the following students:

Representing various countries, each student brings a distinct story, cultural background, and a shared eagerness for a gratifying educational experience. Let’s learn a little more about our new students and see how their stories brought them to Lexis English Noosa:

Julia just completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Science, and is now having a gap year before returning to Switzerland in September to start her Marsters in Pharmacy. Julia is excited to explore a completely new country and has plans to travel Australia after her English course.

Daniel is a maintenance working in Switzerland and decided to study English here as his parents visited Australia in the 1980’s. He thought it would be special to follow in their footsteps.

Baptiste loves all sports especially anything to do with the sea and rivers. He loves surfing, fishing, cliff diving, tennis, hockey, baseball and playing music with his family. He’s an adventurous young man that is eager to experience the wild adventures Australia has to offer.

Yota works in a hotel in Japan and is currently studying economics but has plans to change to phycology. He has always dreamed of studying abroad, and although he first thought about studying in the UK or US, he set his mind on Australia!

Anna works as an economist as a University teacher in Poland. She has left her life in Poland for 20 weeks to persure her dream of learning English in Australia. Luckily, she has a friend that she is living with and can show her around this beautiful part of the world. After 6 months in Australia, Anna will return home to Poland to be with her family again.

Chiyoko loves to cook, play the ukulele and look after her grandchildren. She would like to improve her English skills and chose Australia for the beautiful scenery and so she can sight-see after her studies.

Matsuri is mostly in Australia to explore our beautiful beaches and cities. She hopes to make lots of friends at Lexis and hang by the pools and beaches with them.

Linda helps her dad out on their family farm back home and had just completed her studies to be a baker. Her future dreams are to be a teacher however, so she needs to study abroad for 6 weeks. She loves the English language so these are 2 perfect reasons to come to Australia!

Here’s to the beginning of a remarkable journey for our 19 new students at Lexis English Noosa – may their time here be filled with discovery, growth, and the joy of mastering a new language!
