CASUAL SALES ASSISTANT

The Position:

This position will be based at our Karrinyup Store and will be required have the flexibility to work during our peak retail sales times throughout the week and on weekends.

This position involves:

  • Providing excellent customer service with every transaction
  • Working as a team to achieve individual  and store sales target and KPIs
  • Preparing and performing stocktakes
  • Maintaining visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Ad-hoc store administration duties as required

Selection Criteria:

The successful applicant will have the following mix of technical and personal skills:

  • Previous customer service experience and/or show a genuine and natural ability to relate with others
  • Well presented
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Pride in your ability to build long-term customer relationships

FOOD & BEVERAGE ATTENDANT

If you are energetic, enthusiastic and passionate about creating a stand-out customer experience, we would like to hear from you.Our extremely busy Food & Beverage department has lots to offer, including good training and a welcoming close-knit team. We are looking for casual waiting superstars that are passionate about exceptional customer service.

In this role, you’ll get the chance to work across many different aspects of the hotel. This roles requires an extremely high level of flexibility to be and to work rostered shifts that could include days, nights, weekends and public holidays.

Prior waiting experience or experience in banquets will be an advantage, but more than anything, we are looking for an eager, reliable, dedicated team member.

You will also need:

• A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate preferred
• An excellent command of the English language
• Polished personal presentation
• Genuine passion for hospitality and delighted customers
