Sumi Open Kitchen is hiring a professional chef / apprentice with strong passion and experience in commercial kitchens.
The menu is omakase trust the chef set menu3, 4 or 6 course.
We have 27 seats include low wooden bar view to the kitchen.
We want the menu to be always fresh and quality. It will always be changing with the availability of new ingredients and the change of the season.
The chefs we’re looking for –
•Has a passion for hospitality and providing the best for guests
•Has experience at least 1 year of commercial cooking
•Ability to create a high level, creative and inventive menu
•An enthusiastic team player – making work fun and enjoyable for your team
•Must have a RSA
Opening hours 6pm -10pm Wed-Sun
25-35 hours per week
casual position with the possibility of a permanent contract after a probationary period.
