Today students at Lexis English Brisbane had the chance to unwind with a peaceful guided meditation session. The activity offered a perfect way to relax and recharge after a busy week of studying and activities.

As calming music filled the room, students were guided through breathing exercises and visualization techniques that helped them focus on the present moment and release stress.
