Job Description: Part time pizzaiolo required for a unique pizza setup.
We were the first food truck producing authentic Neapolitan pizza on the Sunshine coast and have gained some amazing customers during the past 12 months. We currently operate our food truck at special events with a mobile service but also have our own unique back street venue in Maroochydore that is open a few nights a week . We are looking to open more at this venue .
So what do you need to have !?;
– an interest and some skills in pizza making (not necessarily Neapolitan as some training will be provided.
– Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate politely and efficiently.
– Positive can do attitude
– Be reliable and up for hard work when it matters.
– some idea of the workings and driving of a food truck would be beneficial but not essential.
The role would suit someone looking for part time/casual work at first. The role will also be a general for prepping, general running and setting up the restaurant.

Job Description: Kitchen Hand required-Riceboi Mooloolaba.
Immediate start, casual hours available must be flexible and able to work more than 20 hrs plus per week.
Past kitchen experience and a professional work ethic and appearance highly regarded.

About the role
The role is for front of house team members and leaders. Duties include:
- Taking customer orders, running of food to tables, clearing food to tables, cleaning tables and general cleaning tasks.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy restaurant.
- Leadership duties include rostering, training of staff, complaints resolution, liaison between store and head office.
