Today we welcome one new student to Lexis Byron Bay – Minamo from Japan.
This is the first time Minamo has been to Australia – indeed it’s the first time she’s left Japan. She came here because she wants to be able to speak English so that she can speak to international students back home in Japan. She chose Byron Bay because she wanted to study in a relaxed environment, surrounded by nature.
Back home in Japan, she is an engineering student. She likes walking and cafe culture and LOVES coffee. There’s quite a lot of good coffee, cafe and walks in Byron Bay so I think it was a good choice.
