Kool Kids Early Learning Centre in Byron Bay is a private, family owned child care centre looking to employ an experienced cook for our centre located in Byron Bay, Northern NSW, to be opening soon.

Our Centre offers the highest quality facilities and education, and we are looking to employ a highly motivated, organised and reliable cook. 

The position will be Permanent Part-Time for 25 to 35 hours per week and is a fully inclusive role. The required hours are starting 6.30am/ 7am, for 5 days Monday to Friday.

You will be required to prepare meals for 75 children daily (some with special dietary requirements), work within a strict budget, daily work station maintenance and weekly cost reporting to the director of the centre.

Applicants must have prior experience and have/be eligible to obtain a Working With Children Check for child related employment. A Food Supervisors Certificate is required.

The Middle Pub Mullumbimby requires an experienced Chef/Cook for a long term position within a successful and friendly team. We require someone reliable, honest, enjoys being part of a team and has great cooking skills as our kitchen is generally fast paced. The role would suit someone long term to enjoy living in the area.

Experience in all aspects of kitchen operations would be required. 

Above award wages are available based on experience and work history.

We operate a seven-day cleaning roster covering five-star holiday lets and private homes.

As a sub-contractor you will be need your own car, an ABN and some cleaning equipment.

Days and times can be flexible to suit your needs, though please note we operate a seven-day roster, so some weekend work will be required.

While experience will be looked upon favourably, we are happy to train people with the right attitude and drive to succeed.

Rate of pay is upwards from $25 per hour, depending on experience.
