We are seeking an experienced and very reliable and dedicate AuPair / live in nanny, who is well versed and confident in running a busy and dynamic household and in looking after young children.

You must be self directed, self motivated, a very organised and tidy person to excel in this role.

In addition to attending to the various needs of our three young girls, aged 2, 5 and 7, the role includes cleaning, organising and being part of a busy and dynamic home.

The job includes doing anything and everything around the home that needs to be done (e.g., cleaning up, keeping order, washing/managing laundry, outdoor areas clean up – ie. around pool, some garden tidying), minding/supervising children where this is required, and to be of help to the parents.

We live in beautiful part of the Byron Shire on a very large property in Coopers Shoot, which is 6 kms up the hill from Byron Bay town and 4kms from Suffolk Park. Our property is easily accessible and has a pool, sauna, spa, forest/bushland to explore, a large dam/lake, and plenty of space to be yourself.

We will provide you with your own separate accommodation on our property: a self contained modem and furnished apartment away from the home with your own kitchen and bathroom facilities, fridge, TV, internet and a beautiful ocean view. We will also pay your mobile phone costs.

Daily tasks include cleaning and tidying of the home (such as kitchen duties, laundry management, putting away clothes, organising school uniforms and lunches), being the main person responsible for preparing kids for school each day, keeping kids busy and engaged, and many other aspects of keeping our home running.

Payment of $350 per week cash, plus provided accommodation, mobile phone expenses, and food/meals when you eat with the family.
