Cooking Fried Rice 🍚
Because it was Chinese New Year a few days ago on January 25th, we decided today to attempt to make a Chinese Fried Rice dish at Lexis Byron Bay!
The ingredients we used today included:
- white rice
- brown onion
- spring onion
- bacon (optional)
Additionally condiments we had available were:
- soy sauce
- fish sauce
- sweet chilli sauce
Everyone in their own ways participated to create the culinary dish.
We had students cooking and stiring, cutting and frying.
We then had to taste test during the process!
Once it was given the okay the table was set, the condiments were placed and students were eager to try the Fried Rice 😍
The students all did an amazing job! Great work team!
