We are currently seeking motivated Event Assistants to play a crucial role in bringing our event concepts to life. As an Event Assistant, you will be involved in various stages of event preparation, setup, and pack down for a variety of events. While the majority of events take place on weekends, there may also be opportunities for weekday preparations in line with our events schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Loading and organising event decor into transport vehicles
- Setting up event sites, including arranging furniture, chairs, and table decor
- Assisting in the execution of event designs under the guidance of our experienced event stylists
- Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless event execution
- Performing pack-down tasks post-event, often during out of normal working hours
