Farewell, Friends: Celebrating Those Who Graduated This Month at Lexis Noosa
At Lexis English Noosa, we celebrate the achievements and journeys of our students each week as they graduate and move on to exciting new adventures. This month, we bid a heartfelt farewell to a group of exceptional individuals whose stories of hard work, growth, and future aspirations inspire us all. Let’s take a closer look at their incredible journeys.
2nd May

Noelia

Riho & Yuka
Riho and Yuka graduate from our Intermediate class and will both go on to learn how to be a barista with The Culinary Academy. They have spent the last 10 weeks and 8 weeks studying in Noosa respectively. Riho plans to stay in Noosa and work in the local area and Yuka plans to head to North Queensland to seek her next work opportunities.

Iyori & Camille
Iyori began in our Elementary class and has progressed through our Pre-Intermediate course, finishing her time at Lexis in our Intermediate class. She has progressed really well in the 3 months she has studied here in Noosa and she will now take our two-week barista course before she finds work in Noosa
Camille studied with us for 6 weeks in our Pre-Intermediate class and plans to have a short trip down to Sydney before returning to Belgium where she will continue working in a fine dining restaurant

Akane & Riko
Riko studied with us for around 10 weeks and Akane for 2 weeks and both will go on to study in our barista course for the next two weeks. They made wonderful improvements in our Upper Intermediate class and have progressed very well in the time they have spent in Noosa.

Student of The Month – Noa
This month, there was one particular student who came to school every day to work really hard and was always smiling. Her positivity is infectious and she is a hugely positive personality to have around the campus. She gets to enjoy a voucher from Dundee Travel for her efforts and it couldn’t have gone to a more worthy student!
9th May

Bruna & Enny
Bruna studied at Lexis for over a year in total and went from Elementary all the way to Upper Intermediate level and graduates from our IELTS class, which is fantastic progress. Bruna will be staying in Noosa and will begin a course with The Culinary Academy so she will be a familiar face around the campus for the foreseeable future!
Enny studied with us for 4 weeks and has built really well on her English language foundation in our IELTS class. She will continue to prepare for her exam in the future and we wish the best of luck for the future.

Kuma
Kuma joined us for 5 weeks here in Noosa and quickly made several strong friendships that will last a lifetime. A big character in our Pre-Intermediate class and he made the jump up from Elementary level naturally. He plans to stay in Noosa and continue to live and work here before travelling around Australia.

Leonie
Leonie is an amazing student and a very natural speaker and talks about many topics with ease. She originally studied in Noosa in August last year and briefly returned to Switzerland where she realised she missed the Sunshine Coast so much she came back to continue studying! She spent a total of 16 weeks studying with us across our Upper Intermediate and Advanced classes and we wish her all the best for the future!

Shun
Shun has been in the Elementary class for 2 weeks and was a great addition for the short time he was in Noosa! He plans to enjoy his last days in noosa before he returns to Japan to continue working.

Laura
Laura graduates from our Cambridge CAE class and has been with us for around 8 weeks. She plans to head down to Byron before heading to New Zealand for a month of surfing. Laura’s standards are incredibly high and she is fast approaching proficiency! Best of luck for your next adventure and we hope to see you back in Noosa soon!
16th May

Isana
Isana was originally studying at Lexis Brisbane but transferred to Noosa and spent 2 months in our Intermediate class. She has a fantastic attitude towards improving her English and attended many academic workshops and activities outside of classes. She’ll be heading off to Uluru and to do some travelling around Australia before returning to Japan.

Shina
Shina spent a total of 6 weeks studying in our Pre-Intermediate class and threw herself into Lexis life, joining all the activities and exploring Noosa. Shina will spend the next two weeks doing our Bar & Cocktail course as she aims to spend the next year living and working in Australia.

Hinata
Hinata spent 5 weeks in our Elementary class and has seen her English improve drastically from her first day. She plans to do a bit of travelling around Australia before returning to Noosa to find work in the local area.

Celia & Rin
Celia began in Intermediate and graduates from our Upper Intermediate class and she has been a hard working and dedicated student. She possesses great speaking and writing abilities and her hard work over the past 17 weeks has paid off.
Rin spent 1 month studying with us and will continue by enrolling in the Bar & Cocktail class. He plans to establish his life on the Sunshine Coast and continue to live and work in the Noosa area.
30th May

Rhuan
Rhuan spent 39 weeks studying in Noosa over the course of 11 months and started in our Elementary class. During his time, he progressed all the way up to our Advanced class before graduating from our IELTS class and his improvement has been remarkable. He will continue to live in Noosa and has ambitions to train as a mechanic and so will take the next steps to achieve his goals.

Yumi & Coralie
Back in Japan, Yumi teaches elementary level English to adults who would like to learn the language and so she took a one week holiday to come to Noosa to brush up on her English skills. She spent the past week soaking up the Noosa lifestyle and feels very relaxed now! She will return to Japan to pass on her refined English knowledge to her students.
Coralie joined us in Noosa for 8 weeks and has been a fabulous student in our Advanced class, bringing a lot of life and energy to all around her and making some great friends along the way. She was a mainstay at our activities in and around Noosa and she was a formidable opponent on the ping pong table and all at Lexis will miss her! She is returning to Switzerland to continue her studies.

Auxilia and Kohnosuke
Kohnsuke is a very methodical and meticulous learner of English and was always eager to improve and has progressed really well in the 8 weeks he was at Lexis. After graduating from our Upper Intermediate class, he will head down to Brisbane to explore the city and the work opportunities and will hopefully come and visit Noosa again soon.
Auxilia was in Noosa for 3 months and made the jump from Intermediate to Upper Intermediate with ease. She enjoyed many of our activities and the Noosa lifestyle and made a huge number of friends from all over the world. After graduating, she is going on the trip of a lifetime as she will head to Fiji, then New Zealand, then return to Australia to do some more travelling before returning to Switzerland and we wish her all the best.

Noa
Noa spent 11 weeks in our General English classes before joining our Cambridge Advanced class. She joined our Upper Intermediate class and progressed to Advanced before graduating from our CAE class. She has spent the past 5 months making Lexis Noosa her own and is the life of the school. She is incredibly hard working and incredibly positive and she has left a lasting effect on all those who have met her and the school will miss her greatly. Best of luck for your exam Noa and for the amazing trip you have planned after graduating. We hope you return to Noosa someday soon.
Our CAE Class
On the 4th of June, our CAE class have their exam that they have been working hard towards and so we said goodbye to them at the end of May. Since the end of March, our CAE class have been together studying (and partying) hard and we want to wish them all the best of luck for their exams. After graduating, many of them have some time to enjoy Noosa and Australia before returning home.
