Lexis Juniors — Teen ProgramsLexis Juniors: Teen Programs
English + adventure for ages 10–18, safe and fully supervised, every step.
English that goes beyond the classroom
Lexis Junior Programs combine quality English lessons with experiences designed to get young people exploring, communicating and enjoying Australia.
Students can surf some of Australia’s best beaches, get hands-on with wildlife, explore our cities or experience a little of everything. Along the way, they use English naturally, build confidence and independence, and share the experience with students from around the world.
And while they’re busy doing all that, experienced Lexis staff provide the supervision, welfare and support that comes with more than 20 years of running international junior programs in Australia.
Who can join: Junior programs are for students aged 10–18. Teen Activity Programs are for ages 13–18, and Junior Foundation in Brisbane is for ages 10–13. A student is eligible as long as they are not yet 19 on the course start date, so 16, 17 and 18-year-olds are all welcome, but we can’t accept a student who will already have turned 19 when the program begins. Students aged 16+ can instead join our adult courses on dates when no Junior program is running.

What they’ll take home
English they’ve actually used
English doesn’t stop when lessons finish. Activities, excursions, friendships and everyday situations give students constant reasons to communicate.
Real confidence
Ordering lunch, joining a new group, trying something unfamiliar or speaking English when nobody shares your first language: small moments add up quickly.
Friends from everywhere
Students spend their days learning and exploring together, forming friendships across languages, cultures and countries.
A little more independence
Living away from home and taking on new experiences helps students become more self-reliant, adaptable and confident.
Their own Australia
Rather than simply visiting Australia, students get involved: beaches, wildlife, sport, cities and local life become part of their experience.
Support when they need it
Independence doesn’t mean being left to figure everything out. Experienced Lexis staff provide the supervision, structure and welfare support appropriate to each program and age group.
Fixed-date programs covering tuition, activities, homestay & meals. Junior Foundation from $1,740, tuition + activities, with homestay as an add-on. Wildlife, UrbanX and the Business Incubator Challenge include a $300 Additional Resources fee.
