How to enrol at Lexis
From your first enquiry to your first day of class, here’s exactly how it works.
Enrolling is straightforward
Here’s every step, from your first enquiry to your first morning in class. Most of it you can do online before you leave home, and we’re on hand the whole way if you have questions.
Your journey to Lexis, step by step
Most of it happens online before you fly, and we’re with you the whole way.
Build your plan & quote
Use the experience finder to pick your campus, course and dates for an instant price, or talk to Lexii and our team, and we’ll shape a plan with you.
Take your online pre-test
A short online English test places you at the right level and shows how many weeks you need. There are two, General English and Academic English, and your result feeds straight into your study plan and quote.
Apply & accept your offer
Confirm your plan and apply. We send you a Letter of Offer, sign it and pay your deposit to lock in your place.
Receive your CoE
Once your deposit is in and your place is confirmed, we issue your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE), the document you need for a student visa.
Apply for your visa
If you need one, apply for your Australian Student visa (Subclass 500) with your CoE. Our Student Visa guide walks you through it.
Arrive & orientation
On day one you take a short placement test on campus and meet your academic team, so you start in the right class. We’ll sort your timetable and help you settle into Australia.

- Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC)
- Evidence of funds
- A Genuine Student statement
