We caught up with one of our recent FCE graduates, Roxane, who was happy to share her experience in both her General English and FCE classes with us:Why did you choose to study at Lexis English Brisbane?I decided to study the FCE course at Lexis English Brisbane because I had heard a lot of positive feedback about the school and it was highly recommended by my agency.Which course did you study and what were your study goals?Before joining the FCE class, I took a three-month course in General English at Intermediate and then Upper-intermediate levels. I had 12-weeks of training with a very professional teacher who encouraged the students to give their best and was able to pass the Cambridge test.What advice would you give to prospective students?The advice I can give is to work hard and do all the homework if you want to progress in English. You also have to open up to others and meet new people, it will really improve your language in English and you will meet great people.How would you describe your experience at Lexis English Brisbane?The Lexis environment is very well-structured. We have rooms for revising, and support classes in the afternoon. In addition, notebooks and course books are given directly on the second day of school. We have the choice of school hours, we can decide to have school in the morning but also in the afternoon or evening. The classrooms are well-equipped and generally there are no more than 15 students per class. There is an extra-curricular activity program which is displayed at reception and which changes weekly.
