Deleting your data

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This includes your conversations with Lexii, our assistant, on this website, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Instagram.

How to ask

• Fill in our help form and tell us what you would like deleted. Open the help form
• Or send the message “delete my data” to Lexis on the channel you used to talk to us.

What we delete

Your conversations with Lexii and any quote saved from them. If you have applied or enrolled with us, the law requires us to keep some records, for example for your student visa. We’ll tell you which ones and why.

How long it takes

We delete your data within 30 days and confirm it on the channel you used, or by email if you gave us one.
