This afternoon the Lexis Sunshine Coast students made their way to Cotton Tree Park for an afternoon of yoga. Cotton Tree Park is the perfect spot with a beautiful river view.
The students were definitely ready for an afternoon of relaxation to get them through the rest of the week. They learnt many different types of stretches and breathing techniques to help them with relaxation and meditation!
The students chose the perfect shady spot underneath a very cute decorated Christmas tree.
