Description: Head down to Solbar sometime this weekend to see some epic live music, enjoy their great food and have a boogy. 

What: Christmas Carnival 2019

When/Where: Saturday 21 December – From 12pm – Sandstone Point Hotel

Description: Brace your elves! The annual Christmas Carnival is back on Saturday 21st December at Sandstone Point Hotel. Tis’ the season to be jolly and you’ll find plenty to be jolly about with markets, food stalls, kids rides, live music, entertainment, Christmas carols, fireworks and of course a visit from Santa!

Starting from 12 noon celebrate the silly season, Aussie style with a day on the waterfront followed by a not so silent night singing to your favourite Christmas jams!

What: Mooloolaba Cinema in the Sand

When/Where: Saturday 21 December – From 6pm – Mooloolaba Esplanade

Description: Family friendly movies on Mooloolaba beach at sunset- grab a delicious take away from one of the local cafes or restaurants and enjoy at the film. Gold coin collection prior to the screening.

What: Coolum Flicks In The Park: ELF

When/Where: Saturday 21 December – From 6:30pm – Tickle Park, Coolum Beach

Description: Coolum Business & Tourism is proud to bring Coolum another screening of Flicks in the Park with ELF on Saturday 21st December, 2019

Bring along a rug and enjoy a movie under the stars with your family and friends in Tickle Park, Coolum.
Screening commences at approx. 6.30pm.

About ELF:
After being raised as an elf at the North Pole, Buddy the Elf discovering he is a human.

What: Sippy Downs Christmas Carols

When/Where: Sunday 22 December – From 5:30pm – Chancellor Park Community Carols

Description: We hope you can join us for our annual Sippy Downs Christmas Carols for 2019. Our community Carols is a free family friendly event, brought to you by Chancellor Park Community Church located on the oval behind the Chancellor State College Primary Campus Hall. It plans to be a fun evening for the whole family including activities for the kids, sausage sizzle, Barista made coffee and the Carols starting later in the night. Bring along your picnic rugs and camp chairs, we hope to see you there!

PARKING
Free parking is available at the primary school and parking is also available at the nearest car parks at University however fees may apply.

What: The Food Truck Roll Up

When/Where: Sunday 22 December – From 3pm – Mooloolaba Bowls Club

Description: We’re back!! The Mooloolaba Bowls club is rebuilt and looking great so we’re squeezing one more “Food Truck Roll Up” in before the big man in the red suit visits.

It will be a free and fabulous Christmas themed event for the whole family. We’ll have some of the Sunshine Coasts and Brisbanes best food trucks serving up their delicious creations as well as the bowls clubs fully stocked bar to keep us all refreshed. Listen to live music to while the afternoon away with, a visit from Santa will keep the kids happy as will a jumping castle and other activities.

So bring your family, friends, a picnic blanket, appetites and good vibes and come and join us for a beautiful afternoon.

What: Sunshine Coast Collective Markets

When/Where: Sunday 22 December – From 8:30am – 12:30pm – Coolum Primary School

Description: Sunshine Coast Collective Markets isn’t just your average market….. it is a collective of over 100 local Sunshine Coast designers, musicians, artists, foodies, creators, vintage wares and lifestyle lovers. No mass produced or cheap imported products to be found!

We are now every 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month at Coolum State Primary School from 8.30am – 12.30pm
