We need to raise awareness of the serious mental health issues we face in all areas of our communities including return servicemen, schools, homes and workplaces. We need to encourage people to “join the conversation” about mental health and break down the stigma that continues to plague our society. We need to find a way so people are more comfortable to discuss and seek help for their mental health issues. Let’s start by walking and talking together and LIFT THE LID in Mental Illness!
