This weekend many students joined us for a Sunday BBQ on our campus balcony with ocean views. Have a look at the fun afternoon!
Our students study hard in their classes to improve their grammar, listening and vocabulary, but their time in Sydney is also about making memories beyond studying, embrace the city and culture. What better way to do that than to enjoy events around the Northern Beaches, blend in with locals and enjoy time with new friends. On the weekend the annual “Taste of Manly” event was on and transformed the area around our campus in a foodies-heaven. With many food and drink options it was a great event for our students to meet new people, practice English and make the most of their time overseas.
Lexis is more than a campus, it becomes a family, the place where all your friends are gathered and on this weekend the location for a fun BBQ. Many students and teachers joined us for drinks, prawns, sausages and more – we enjoyed a great afternoon filled with laughter, stories and amazing food.
We love the curiosity of our students and are proud to see that they embrace this adventure to the fullest. It is always great to spend time with our students outside of class to get to know everyone better and celebrate their hard work, while they make new friends and memories!
