Exploring Sydney’s Stunning Coastal Walks!
Sydney’s Northern Beaches offers some of the most breathtaking coastal walks, and our Lexis Sydney-Manly students recently had the chance to experience two of the best: The North Head Lookout Walk with stunning views of the Sydney Harbour and one of our local treasures, a walk to the secret cave. These walks provided not only spectacular views but also great opportunities for students to connect, practice their English, and enjoy Sydney’s natural beauty
Secret Cave Walk in Manly:
Our students set out on a sunny afternoon to explore the secret cave located in Manly, a must-do experience starting from our campus on Manly Beach. As we strolled along the picturesque path, students admired the crystal-clear waters, spotted local wildlife, saw surfers catching waves and took in the breathtaking views of the ocean.
Everyone loved exploring the cliffs & caves, and we were all mesmerised by the natural beauty. Afterwards, we ventured to a local cafe to enjoy some downtime and get to know each other a bit more!
North Head Lookout Walk:
One of our most popular walks in Manly is the scenic walk to North Head Lookout – an absolute must-do when at studying our campus! With perfect weather and great company, the hike was a fantastic way for our students to explore Sydney’s stunning coastal scenery, practice their English and make lasting memories with new friends.
Upon arriving at the North Head Lookout, students were treated to sweeping views of Sydney Harbour, the city skyline, and the stunning cliffs. Our students also got the chance to explore the historical sites in the area, learning about the old military forts and quarantine stations that give the area such rich history.
