Our student’s had a blast at the Lexis Manly soccer tournament. Take a look at the fun afternoon!
This year the women’s soccer World Cup tournament is taking place in Australia and New Zealand, making it the first-ever co-hosted Women’s World Cup. The tournament began on July 20, with the final taking place on August 20 at the Sydney Accor Stadium. With this exciting event taking place in Sydney our student’s enjoyed a soccer tournament of their own.
Many student’s joined this athletic afternoon, some just enjoyed cheering their new friends on while others got to show their skills or just enjoyed the active afternoon.
It was great to see the supportive group dynamics, everyone cheering each other on and the team spirit on this afternoon. Playing sports together is a great way to bring people together, irrespective of their origins. New friendships were formed and the afternoon was filled with laughter and joy. Everyone was included and supported throughout the tournament, leaving our students feeling united, proud and full of joy.
