Our students had a blast on Wednesday enjoying a fun Wine & Cheese tasting!
On Wednesday, 20 of our students from all classes gathered after class, to join our delightful wine and cheese tasting. From wine experts to beginner, everyone enjoyed challenging their taste buds before nominating a winning Australian wine. The selection ranged from popular whites (Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay) and Rose’s to rich reds (Shiraz and Pinot Noir) from different areas within Australia.
Paired with an amazing cheese selection of Brie, Cheddar, Smoked Cheddar, Camembert and Blue Cheese. Our students immersed themselves in a truly unforgettable culinary experience. Exploring Australian goods and learning about our popular Cheese selection & wine for social gatherings. After trying all 6 wine’s and exchanging over their individual liking’s our connoisseurs chose their favourite: Jacob’s Creek Shiraz.
The afternoon was filled with laughter and conversations. The activities are a great opportunity to get to know students from other classes and practice the English skills in a natural environment. It was amazing to watch new friendships form and the laughter everyone shared on this special afternoon. We can’t wait for the next wine tasting afternoon with everyone!
