This week our teachers took their classes on fun excursions around iconic landmarks on the Northern Beaches. Take a look at their adventures:
Nathalia took her class for a true Australian BBQ on the beach. Australia is known for it’s public BBQ areas that can be used by everyone, perfect for a shared lunch after a long beach day. Vanessa, Abdullah, Rikako, Bayram, Laura, Futaba, Mustafa, Tugba, Munkhzaya, Wagner, Yamato and Celil enjoyed their delicious lunch together.
Yeal, Murat, Lina, Henrique, Weslen, Satsuki, Oceane and Tomohiro discovered North Head with their teacher Mac. The clifftops at North Head reveal stunning ocean views and a spectacular panorama of the Harbour and Sydney skyline. They enjoyed having a break from their hard work in the IELTS preparation class and were impressed with Sydney’s amazing nature.
Nat took her class on an amazing walk from Dee Why beach to long Reef – Semih Serhat, Dilvia, Jessica, Akane, Rei, Moises, Asuka, Mikoto, Cihat, Busra, Hanna and David got to enjoy the magnificent views. The walk is also great to spot whales and dolphins during winter. After the walk they got to try their first Aussie pie – needless to say they loved it!
Ari took her class on a walk along North Head including a picnic at the lookout and discovering hidden beaches, Yu-Shi, jo-hsin, Mio, Felipe, Takumi, Ayako, Bernardo, Yuki, Masako, Mariah, Mehmet, Chiaki, Nardi and Miho were impressed with the panorama views and incredible nature of the Northern beaches headlands.
The intermediate class got to meet famous celebrities at Sydney’s Madame Tussaud’s, located in Darling Harbour. Takeru, Alex, Fulya, Shikibu, Asahi, Vinicius, Elif, Ataberk, Jean, Ulysses, Ririka and Luisa had a lot of fun taking photos with the popular figures and couldn’t wait to share it with their friends and families at home.
