On Tuesday students had a reprieve from the crowded Byron Bay beach scene and spent their afternoon at Broken Head’s hidden gem Whites Beach.
Whites Beach is a 10-minute drive from Byron Bay, located in Broken Head. Broken Head is where Chris Hemsworth recently built his mega mansion.
It was a short walk from the carpark to the white sand and crisp, clear water.
Whites beach is surrounded by cliffs and students could explore the caves and rock pools.
Shortly after arriving the other beachgoers left and our students had the entire beach to themselves.
Rueben from the Byron Bay Travel Company led the activity and provided our students with light snacks and drinks.
Students had a wonderful afternoon hanging out together on the beach and in the ocean all while marveling at the beauty of Whites Beach.
