This week we are welcoming 5 New Starters to our Lexis Byron Bay campus!
Laura is from Spain. She lives on the island of Ibiza which is a beautiful place to live and work. She studied to be a technical radiologist but now works in a luxury hotel. She would like to study more about social integration, especially immigration. For that reason she needs to have a good level of English but also because she travels a lot.
Marti is from Spain. For the past 4 months he has been living in Sydney but he found it too big and decided to move to Byron. He would like to improve his English level for travelling, meeting new people, and future work. He likes surfing and relaxing, drinking beers with friends.
Emilio is from Spain. He lives in a small town in the mountains with his parents and their 3 dogs. He works as a cook in a restaurant and loves his job. They cook traditional Spanish, French, and Asian food. He will be studying at Lexis for the next 24 weeks.
Tristan is from Switzerland. He loves to travel and sports especially running and swimming. He has come to study English in Australia because there are less people that speak French here. He will study Cambridge First here and when he returns to Switzerland he will study a bachelor of science and economics.
Maxime is from Switzerland. He lives with his parents and sister and works as a cook in his familys traditional French restaurant. He loves his job and playing soccer. He wants to learn English in Australia because it’s a beautiful country and he also has friends here. In the future he would like to open a restaurant of his own.
