Our students enjoyed an Australian wine and cheese tasting, while getting to know each other better!
Today 20 students from all classes gathered after class, to join our delightful wine and cheese tasting. From wine experts to beginner, everyone enjoyed challenging their taste buds before nominating a winning Australian wine – just in time for the weekend! The selection ranged from popular whites (Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay) to rich reds (Pinot Noir, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon) from different areas within Australia.
Paired with an amazing cheese selection of Brie, Gouda, Camembert, Cheddar and Blue Cheese our students immersed themselves in a truly unforgettable culinary experience. Exploring Australian goods and learning about our popular Cheese and Biccies for social gatherings. After trying all 6 wine’s and exchanging over their individual liking our connoisseurs of the day chose two clear winners that you should try:

The afternoon was filled with laughter and conversations. The activities are a great opportunity to get to know students from other classes and practice the English skills in a natural environment. It was amazing to watch new friendships form and the laughter everyone shared on this special afternoon. We can’t wait for the next wine tasting afternoon with everyone!
