Our Wednesday Activity will be demonstrated by new student Sandra.

Sandra is from Switzerland and will be performing how to make traditional Swiss Toblerone Mousse.  You are welcome to come along and learn how to make it yourself.  If the teachers dont eat all of the dessert some of you might get to have a taste! He He.  Meet in the kitchen around 2pm St Patricks Day March 17th 2010.
