Report an absence
For current Lexis students who will miss class.
Tell us your campus and the days you’ll be away. Your report goes straight to the people who look after students at that campus.
If you’re sick, attach a medical certificate when you have one. Students need at least 80% attendance in each four-week study period, and a medical absence can be considered separately when you give us a doctor’s certificate. The full rules are in our student FAQ.
A parent or guardian can fill this in for a student under 18. For anything urgent, call your campus. The numbers are on our contact page.
