ZILBA currently have a CASUAL SALES ASSISTANT position available at our NOOSAVILLE Store. Note that this is not seasonal, but an ongoing position.
- RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT – Casual approx 16 hrs / week (minimum 4 hour shifts)
The position involves working every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, with ability to work extra if required. Please note that applicant must have weekend and week day availability.
The Duties of the Role Include:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Satisfy customer needs through product knowledge
- Ensuring tasks are completed in an efficient and effective manner
- Working as part of a team to improve processes
- Operation of POS Software and equipment

The Doonan is looking for Front of House staff to specifically fill two roles, Host Desk Attendant and Kitchen Pass Attendant.
Host Desk Attendant
- Being the first point of contact for patrons entering the venue.
- Answering phone call enquiries.
- Answering email enquiries.
- Managing bookings (experience using 7 Rooms is favorable).
- Communicating with Floor Team and guests throughout the day regarding bookings and table layout.
Kitchen Pass Attendant
- Experience in correct meals go to correct tables
- Communicating with the Chefs effectively during the service
- Communicating with floor staff during service.
- Controlling the flow of food
- Maintaining our high level of consistency on the dishes that leave the kitchen.

Noosa Junction Seafood Market is seeking casual staff members to join our team with the potential for long term employment.
We have 2 roles available for Back of House and Front of House
Back of House
The ideal candidates will have a passion for Australian Seafood, have experience in food preparation although not a necessity, be highly motivated, great attitude towards customers and be a team player with commitment to the position. In addition, this role also consists of assisting staff with daily prep work with some heavy lifting involved.
Front of House
Customer service and till experience would be an advantage although not a necessity for the right candidate. In addition, this role also consists of cleaning and filling product.
For both roles you must be available for immediate start, working during the day, over weekends, school holidays, Christmas and Easter.
Hourly rate based on Retail Award, weekend and public holiday pay.

The Role:
Your duties will include.
- Utilise your experience as a barista to produce high-quality coffee beverages consistently.
- Work front of house, engaging with customers, and maintaining the ambiance and cleanliness of the cafe
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest has a positive experience.
- Multi-task effectively during peak trading periods
- Encourage team values and work as part of a great team
Skills & Experience:
- Provide quick, efficient and polite service at all times to have our customers returning to the site
- Promote products and promotions in store
- Food preparation and food handling
- Use the point of sale system and cash handling duties
- Conducting general cleaning duties
- Ensuring stock levels are maintained
- Maintaining a safe environment at all times
