Mt Warning pre-dawn climb
A group of intrepid students set out in the dark to climb Mt Warning to be the first people in Australia to see the sun rise that day.
A group of students set off at 3am in the morning to climb to the top of Mt Warning before the sun rose. Because it is the most easterly mountain in Australia it is the first place the sun hits Australia each morning. The students took breakfast with them and ate it at the summit.
