PUBLIC AREA ATTENDANT
Casual approx. 20-25 hours per week, possible increase in hours during high occupancy (start time 8am Mon – Sunday, finish times vary, may also include Graveyard Shifts – 10pm to 6am). – Must have current and valid drivers licence. – Be able to work unsupervised. – Reliable and able to communicate with guests and staff in a helpful and respectful manner. – Housekeeping expectations. – Servicing of guests rooms, making beds, setting up cots/roll away beds, stripping linen and removal of rubbish. – Eye for detail, innovated, able to work under pressure. – Collect linen and amenity deliveries and store into storerooms. – Pick up dirty linen and rubbish throughout the resort after room attendants clean/service guest rooms. – Provide room attendants with additional items throughout the day (e.g. linen, amenities, removal of cots & Rollaway beds). – Ensure to keep all store rooms, room attendant buggy’s and other areas neat and tidy daily. – Able to work in a team environment of 40 staff
