Nomads Eatery is on the lookout for a new Casual Kitchen Hand to join our growing team. We are also starting to look for a new chef (full-time) to step in and take the ropes from our current one in a few months. We are a completely Grab n Go establishment located in the heart of the Brisbane CBD. Our mission is simple – “To fuel communities with quality food and inspire healthy lifestyles”.

The Job Role
The successful (kitchen hand) candidate will begin with 6.30am starts and then progress to 4.30am starts (between Monday to Friday only). No weekend work necessary! The job role will consist of the following tasks (but not limited to): –
- Assisting our Head Chef in the preparation and building of menu items including but not limited to: salads, sandwiches, wraps, snack pots.
- Preparation of menu item components.
- Re-stocking display shelves with freshly made menu items.
- General tidying and organising of the kitchen.
- Dishwashing.
- Completion of daily compliance sheets (temp logs, etc).
