We are looking for a part time kitchen hands & cooks to assist with daily prep and kitchen duties. Full time opportunities are also available for the right candidate.

Duties & responsibilities
Your job tasks and responsibilities will be but not limited to:
- Kitchen operation & safe food handling
- Working the kitchen alone at times or with a kitchen team
- Reporting directly to Head Chef
- Preparing ingredients for food menu items
- Cleaning and maintaining kitchen and kitchen equipment
- Other ad-hoc duties as directed by the Head Chef
If working at Oxford St restaurant:
- Hand Stretching Pizza and applying toppings during service
- Making our dough from scratch with extended fermentation times
- Making pasta and sauces from scratch with a great commitment to quality
Skills & experience
To be considered for this role you will need to have :
- Highly passionate, enthusiastic, team player with excellent communication skills
- An autonomous, professional worker, with a can-do attitude
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- High standards of personal presentation.
- Solid understanding (or willingness to learn) of beer styles, flavour profiles, and a passion for pasta & pizza!
- Demonstrated ability to generate new ideas
- Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, flexible and fast growing small business model (i.e willing to wear many hats)
