Noosa Student Houses – Tarina Street and Challenge Court

If you’re after a bit more independence, Lexis student houses offer the perfect setup for student accommodation in Noosa. You’ll live in a shared home with other Lexis students, enjoy your own private or shared room, and have full access to kitchens, laundry, living spaces and outdoor areas.

Tarina Street is just a 15-minute walk to campus, in a quiet, leafy street close to the beach and the Junction. It has five bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a big backyard patio for weekend barbecues or study sessions under the sun.

Challenge Court, in Sunshine Beach, is a little further out, around 20 minutes’ walk to campus, but offers a peaceful neighbourhood feel with extra space and garden areas…and is very close to the stunning Sunshine Beach.  Both houses are fully furnished and include all utilities.

Living in one of these houses gives you the freedom of a share house with the support of the Lexis community. You’re surrounded by fellow students, you’re close to everything, and the beach is never far away.

Homestay – A Local Welcome and a Great Start

Homestay is ideal if you’re new to Australia or just want a more personal start to your time in Noosa. You’ll live with a local family, usually in a private room, with meals provided. It’s a great way to practice your English outside the classroom and feel supported in your first few weeks.

Most Lexis homestays are within a short ride or bus trip from campus, and many families are long-time partners of the school. Students often describe their homestay families as the people who made their experience truly memorable, and homestay has always been the most popular option for student accommodation in Noosa.

Homestay isn’t just for beginners either. Many students choose to stay with a family for their entire course, valuing the sense of security and daily conversation. It’s a great way to see a different side of Noosa, one you might miss if you’re only living with other students.
