Byron Bay – Historical Walk – 8 July 2022

Today, while the sun was out Mel’s Intermediate class went on an excursion along the coast to learn about the history of Byron Bay

They followed a map which took them to some locations, scanning QR codes and listen to the information.
The students had a listening comprehension exercise to complete, while out.
After they returned to the school, they discussed what they learnt about the history of Byron Bay.

Byron Bay Historical Trail

There are 20 stops in total to stop and listen to some history. But today the students only discovered the first 6 locations.

It was a good exercise for the students and they were all happy to be outside in the sun !
