I’m from Japan 🎌

I’m a second year university student, and I’m studying English in Japan. I want to learn English because I want to communicate with people from other countries! I have been here for 2 weeks.

Why did you choose Byron Bay?

I heard this city is very beautiful! Sea, nature, weather…

What were your weaknesses in English before you came to Australia? Tell me more about your teachers and your classes.

I was not good at speaking English.

What was your favourite activity?

At the school I liked making a dream catcher. Outside of school I went sky diving! It was soooo amazing!!

Tell me about your accommodation/ homestay…

My host mother was so good! She was very kind, friendly ❤️ Meals she made were very delicious everyday! Perfect 😊

What are your favourite things to do in Byron?

Walking along the beach. Shopping. Relaxing while watching the sea. Spending time with my friend.

What is your most magical moment in Byron?

View from lighthouse in the evening! Soo beautiful!

What did you like most about Lexis Byron?

People. Everyone at Lexis Byron are kind and friendly.

What is your advice for people who are thinking about enrolling at Lexis Byron Bay?

I really want to highly recommend the school for people!! Every teacher is so cool, and every student is so nice 😊
